AccentScore Support

Quick help for common issues.

Microphone access

Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and enable AccentScore. Record in a quiet room and keep the phone about 20–30 cm away.

Restore Premium

Open the Premium screen and choose Restore purchases while signed into the same Apple account used for the original purchase.

Scores look unusual

Confirm the selected target language and accent, then retry with a short prompted phrase. Background noise and clipped speech can reduce assessment quality.

Delete practice history

Open Progress and tap the trash button. Raw audio is not retained in AccentScore history.
